Job Summary

Own global corporate communications, including strategy, executive messaging, media relations, and crisis planning, with cross-functional leadership that ties brand, investor, and employee narratives into a single coherent reputation program.

  • Corporate Communications Strategy: Define and align global messaging with business goals across all channels.
  • Reputation & Crisis Management: Shape public image, handle media relations, and plan executive visibility and crisis responses.
  • Investor & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with IR, legal, HR, and marketing to tell cohesive leadership stories.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business and brand objectives
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring message consistency across all channels
  • Manage corporate reputation, public image, and brand credibility across global markets
  • Lead media relations strategy, including press releases, interviews, and executive visibility
  • Oversee internal communications programs to improve employee engagement and alignment
  • Develop executive messaging, speeches, and communication materials for leadership team
  • Lead crisis communication planning and execution for reputational risk management
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, HR, and investor relations teams on integrated communication strategies
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and communication partners globally
  • Support investor communications and corporate reporting narratives where applicable

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand communications
  • 5+ years in senior leadership or executive communications roles
  • Proven experience managing global corporate communication strategies
  • Strong media relations and crisis communication experience
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and board-level stakeholders
