Job Description

  • Define Nemours’ national brand narrative and positioning.
  • Build enterprise brand architecture across master brand and sub-brands.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into regionally resonant activation playbooks.
  • Build a connected content ecosystem that strengthens sentiment, engagement, and mission advocacy.
  • Lead audience-first content strategies mapped to key journeys.
  • Establish content operations (taxonomy, governance, workflow, DAM).
  • Chair an Editorial Board and partner with Digital on SEO/UX and analytics.
  • Lead a high-performing in-house creative studio (design, copy, video, UX/content).
  • Standardize processes for briefs, SLAs, approvals, and QA.
  • Maintain creative standards through a Creative Review Board.
  • 10+ years’ progressive experience in brand strategy, content strategy/operations, and creative leadership.
  • Proven success shaping national brand narratives with regional/local activation.
  • Experience with content ecosystem design, editorial strategy, and SEO-informed programming.
  • Strong background leading in-house creative teams and managing agencies.
  • Data-driven leader fluent in brand tracking, funnel analytics, and marketing performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, pediatric health, academic medicine, or complex multi-site environments.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MS in Integrated Marketing/Analytics).
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
