Own deposits marketing for ultra high net worth clients, crafting a differentiated value prop that ties deposits to the Private Bank relationship and scaling content across channels.

  • Collaborate with deposits product, client experience, and marketing to elevate everyday banking with enhanced debit, checking, and savings experiences, applying AI tooling to boost efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the deposits marketing strategy and value proposition for ultra-high-net-worth global clients and prospects, defining a differentiated story that positions deposits as core to the Private Bank relationship. Partner closely with global deposits product and marketing leadership to tailor the story to a variety of client types and personas. Create content programs, websites, and other marketing deliverables to drive commercial success.
  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing offers designed to drive net new money onto our platform. Establish an ongoing test-and-learn discipline across offer type, messaging, client segments, and channels to grow balances.
  • Partner across deposits product leadership, client experience, and marketing to reimagine the everyday banking experience, delivering an enhanced debit card and checking and savings experience that leads—and disrupts—the industry.
  • Innovate using LLMs and other AI tools to create more efficient and effective marketing.
  • Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across levels, regions, and channels.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in financial services, with a demonstrated track record of success and increasing responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services.
  • Experience partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders to meet shared objectives.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with experience delivering impactful marketing for print and digital channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress, and track deliverables through completion.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
