Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to senior client stakeholders, bringing proactive recommendations that advance both brand and organizational objectives.
  • Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities to expand agency engagement across brands, functions, and capabilities.
  • Champion integrated thinking across all agency disciplines to ensure solutions are strategically sound, creatively compelling, medically accurate, and operationally executable.
  • Lead annual brand planning, launch readiness, and long-range business discussions with clients and internal teams.
  • Elevate the quality of work by challenging teams to deliver ideas and solutions that move beyond expectations and create meaningful impact.
  • Anticipate client needs, market shifts, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities, helping clients navigate complexity and make informed decisions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the account team.
  • Partner with agency leadership to ensure account health, resource optimization, profitability, and talent development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, integrated brand assignments, including launches and high-growth brands.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including scope management, forecasting, and profitability oversight.
  • Ability to influence across functions and lead through complexity and change.
