Marketing Infrastructure: Build and maintain systems for collaboration, data collection, and reporting that scale with programs.
Content and Assets: Own development and dissemination of marketing materials across mediums to support brand and campaigns.
Data & Insights: Collect and summarize marketing data to guide future activities and track program health.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Hire, train and manage marketing interns (15%)
Develops, implements, and disseminates marketing materials through various communication mediums utilizing appropriate technologies and techniques (40%)
Collects, analyzes, prepares, summarizes, and disseminates data and trends relevant to ongoing or future marketing activities (10%)
Develops, implements, and maintains strategic marketing plans based on research and established strategies (5%)
Oversee equipment maintenance, order program supplies, and office supply purchasing recommendations (5%)
Develop and maintain systems and workflows to support marketing, communication and data collection (25%)

Preferred

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email metrics) and the ability to interpret and share data to guide decisions.
Experience with data visualization or out of the box mapping tools (ArcGIS, Tableau, or similar is a plus.)
Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, AI content tools, or similar).
Experience managing websites using a CMS such as WordPress or similar platforms.
Project management experience
Experience working with or managing students
