Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and amplify engaging video and social media content to drive brand awareness and community engagement
• Sourcing and curating user-generated content
• Identifying trends and creating viral campaigns
• Managing social channels
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with the brand's tone and goals

Requirements

• Experience in UGC content creation, video production, and storytelling
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies
• Skills in editing tools and content creation software
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for viral content
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for education and a commitment to making learning accessible and enjoyable
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required
