Edit raw creator footage into fast, vertical-first videos that capture attention early.
Craft three hook variations per video to enable quick testing and optimization.
Deliver captions, typography, and light sound design to boost readability and vibe.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit raw creator footage into fast, engaging vertical-first videos.
Make 3 different hook variations for each video so we can test them.
Add clean captions, native fonts, and basic sound design.
Make quick custom thumbnails for the ads.
No AI: We don’t use AI voices or avatars. Keep it human.

Requirements

A portfolio of short-form vertical videos or UGC ads you’ve edited.
You know how to make a video interesting in the first 3 seconds.
Proficiency in Premiere, CapCut, or whatever software you use to work fast.
You can hit deadlines without being chased down.
You are ideally USA-based and speak fluent English
