Responsibilities

• Create authentic, engaging short-form videos for social media.
• Produce educational and informative content covering: - Marketing trends - Law firm operations - Business development
• Collaborate with our marketing team on content ideas and creative direction.
• Opportunity to create long-form YouTube content.
• 20 short-form UGC videos per month (45–60 seconds).
• Opportunity to create up to 8 YouTube videos per month (approximately 5–6 minutes each).

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking on camera.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Creative, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
