Responsibilities

• Create diverse digital content, including articles, video scripts, infographics, and optimization briefs
• Optimize existing client content for relevance, authority, and search performance
• Research and develop comprehensive content briefs for new projects and topics
• Collaborate with editors and project managers to ensure content quality and adherence to guidelines
• Contribute to the development and refinement of editorial standards and playbooks
• Stay informed on content-related trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• Participate in weekly staff meetings to share insights, updates, and strategic ideas
• Support the integration of AI tools into content workflows, maintaining a human-in-the-loop approach

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on digital writing experience
• Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms, including articles, scripts, and briefs
• Knowledge of fact-checking best practices and content research methodologies
• Comfort with “human-in-the-loop” content workflows and a willingness to adapt to new technologies
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and optimization strategies for future trends
• Interest and familiarity with AI and content generation tools
• Excellent attention to detail and mastery of grammar and style
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently in a remote environment
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills across various formats and subject matters
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with remote teams and freelancers
