Responsibilities

• Create High-Performing UGC Videos
• - Film short-form content that feels authentic, unscripted, and native to TikTok/Reels.
• - Deliver on-camera demos, testimonials, unboxings, try-ons, and problem/solution narratives.
• - Adapt your delivery and tone to match each brand’s voice and audience.
• Follow Scripts, Briefs & Creative Direction
• - Interpret storyboards, bullet-point scripts, and performance frameworks.
• - Ensure you hit all required talking points, hooks, CTAs, and product highlights.
• - Collaborate with producers to refine tone, pacing, and angle.
• Bring Your Own Creative Ideas
• - Suggest hooks, trends, formats, and POVs based on what's performing on social.

Requirements

• Natural On Camera
• - Comfortable speaking, reacting, and storytelling in a relatable, human way.
• - Able to convey trust, enthusiasm, and authenticity without sounding scripted.

Preferred

• Basic editing in CapCut or similar apps is a plus.
