Responsibilities

• Create 30 original short-form videos per month , cross-posting each video to Instagram and TikTok .
• Film and edit engaging, smartphone-shot content aligned with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Contribute ideas and adapt concepts to relevant platform trends and content formats.
• Submit content for review when required and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• Follow account setup and warm-up guidelines, maintain a consistent publishing schedule, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Share weekly content analytics and performance insights to help improve future videos.
• Communicate promptly about feedback, deliverables, and any changes in availability.

Requirements

• Based in North America or Europe .
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram short-form content, including hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to film and edit clear, engaging videos using a smartphone.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable communication.
• Ability to work independently, follow briefs, and implement feedback.
• A portfolio or sample videos demonstrating your creativity and content quality. Previous UGC experience with apps, brands, or e-commerce businesses is a plus.
