Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential real estate transactions from accepted offer through closing.
• Prepare and manage transaction files while ensuring compliance with state regulations and brokerage policies.
• Track deadlines, contingencies, inspections, financing, and closing dates.
• Maintain accurate digital files and transaction records.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Schedule and manage social media calendars.
• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, listing presentations, and digital advertisements.
• Assist with branding initiatives that promote the NextHome Priority culture and values.
• Keep the company's website and online presence current and engaging.

Preferred

• Real estate experience preferred (transaction coordination, administrative support, or licensed agent)
• Knowledge of MLS systems and real estate contracts is a plus
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
• Social media management experience
• Photography and videography skills are highly desirable
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technology is a plus
