Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Sephora-specific marketing programs, including new launches, campaigns, and key promotional moments
  • Assist in maintaining and updating global marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and retailer timelines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver, track, and manage retailer-facing assets tailored to Sephora’s needs (e.g., PDP assets, banners), ensuring all elements go live accurately and on time
  • Monitor Sephora site to ensure brand consistency, accurate product representation, and proper merchandising execution
  • Assist in gathering and organizing marketing data, including campaign recaps
  • Support the coordination of Sephora-exclusive programs, offers, and retailer-specific moments
  • Help manage timelines and deliverables for Sephora marketing requests, ensuring clear communication and follow-up across teams
  • Assist in the execution of in-store merchandising updates and visual changes, partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay informed on Sephora trends, competitive activity, and merchandising strategies to support ongoing optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in Marketing or a related field
  • Familiarity with Sephora (retail + digital environment) strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Canva and familiarity with marketing tools and software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for beauty, pop culture, and exceptional taste.
