Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creating, analyzing, and distributing sales reports: promotion analysis, accrual liability trackers, customer profit reporting. Must be advanced in Excel.
- Monthly sales meetings: responsible for managing assigned accounts, reviewing profit reports, tracking spend and analyzing promotions; communicate feedback and strategies to drive sales and profit.
- Building quarterly customer strategy presentations with Sales and Brand, including evaluating retailer strategies, competition, and internal growth opportunities; PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Collaborating with Accounts Receivable in Finance on customer accrual liability trackers and ensuring accurate tracking and communication of customer spend for accrual purposes.
- Analyzing weekly POS trends for assigned customers to measure promotional performance (ROI and unit lift%), and advising Sales on optimizing future promotions based on results and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills are a must
- Experience with SharePoint a plus
- 1-3 years in a Sales Analyst, Trade Marketing, Customer Strategy Role (or similar)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the CPG and/or supplement industry is a plus
- Proactive self-starter
