- Internal management and supervision of backroom and sales floor
- Directing and delegating duties to staff and volunteers
- Managing and driving sales for multiple departments
- Internal marketing and communications
- Training and assisting employees in daily store operations
- Executing opening and closing accounting procedures
- Working alongside staff and volunteers
- Overseeing and developing staff and volunteer team communication
- Opening and closing store procedures
- Providing efficient, polite customer service
Requirements
- Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to make fast paced decisions
- Strong communication skills
- Two years of previous team lead experience in retail management.
Preferred
- Basic computer and POS system understanding
- Basic human resource skills
- Ability to be on your feet
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
