Responsibilities

• Internal management and supervision of backroom and sales floor
• Directing and delegating duties to staff and volunteers
• Managing and driving sales for multiple departments
• Internal marketing and communications
• Training and assisting employees in daily store operations
• Executing opening and closing accounting procedures
• Working alongside staff and volunteers
• Overseeing and developing staff and volunteer team communication
• Opening and closing store procedures
• Providing efficient, polite customer service

Requirements

• Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Ability to make fast paced decisions
• Strong communication skills
• Two years of previous team lead experience in retail management.

Preferred

• Basic computer and POS system understanding
• Basic human resource skills
• Ability to be on your feet
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
