Job Description
Responsibilities

- staying updated on the platform’s latest trends
- collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with the brand’s goals and audience preferences while managing posting schedules and monitoring engagement metrics to optimize performance
Requirements
- Strong video production and editing skills, including proficiency in using video editing software
- Creative thinking and expertise in TikTok-specific content creation and viral trends
- Experience with social media marketing, including campaign development and platform analytics
- Ability to develop content strategies and maintain consistent brand messaging
- Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of general marketing principles such as audience targeting and engagement optimization
- Familiarity with emerging digital platforms and willingness to experiment with new creative formats
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced on-site environment
