  • Transform founders' raw material into engaging short-form content
  • Monitor performance and adjust in real time to improve results

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand & content positioning. Shape the look, voice, and point of view of our content, and position it to connect with the right audiences.
  • Original content. You're hands-on in execution: strong hooks, sharp writing, formats that fit each platform. You won't be alone (we have video editors to help on the heavy lifts and a constant stream of content), but the more you can produce yourself, the better.
  • Founder content. Turn our founders' raw material into short-form that lands. You bring the angle, the hook, and the packaging.
  • Social, community & channels. Own the calendar and publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and pitch in on email marketing and ad content. Handle the day-to-day community engagement: comments, DMs, and the back-and-forth. We also run live streams and periodic events, seminars, and webinars you'll help bring to life.
  • Observe and adjust in real time. You run the plays and watch how they land, reading performance as it happens and making live adjustments instead of waiting for a monthly report. Test, assess, then sharpen, double down, or cut. That instinct to observe and course-correct on the fly is one of the most important strengths for this role.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in content marketing, including hands-on ownership of brand social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), email, and website.
  • Intermediate command of the essentials: analytics, CRM, content positioning, hook creation, and community moderation.
  • A portfolio that shows what you've driven: programs, content, and results tell us more than a résumé.

Preferred

  • Graphic design and video editing
  • B2B and B2C marketing
  • inbound marketing, performance-driven creative
  • familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
  • comfort wearing several hats on a small, in-house team.

Benefits

  • 100% company-paid health insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
