Responsibilities

• P&L Performance Full ownership of revenue, margin, and growth across your client accounts.
• Growth Strategy Build and execute go-to-market strategies across creative, affiliate, and paid channels.
• Team Leadership Lead a pod of affiliate coordinators, media buyers, and creative strategists.
• Creator Ecosystem Recruit, brief, and scale a high-performing network of creators aligned to your clients' categories.
• Promotions and Campaigns Run flash sales, product drops, and platform-native campaigns that dominate trends.
• Client Relationships Lead weekly calls, deliver clear growth insights, and operate as a genuine strategic partner for founders.
• Shop Operations Keep accounts optimised daily across listings, approvals, and campaigns.
• Performance Analysis Track GMV, ROAS, and CVR. Make fast, data-driven calls.
• Platform Intelligence Spot algorithm shifts early and ensure clients are first to benefit.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in eCommerce or performance marketing with measurable growth results
• Experience managing TikTok Shop or scaled marketplace accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Flip)
• Strong background in creator partnerships, affiliates, and UGC-led campaigns
• Track record of growing client revenue in an agency or performance environment
• Confident communicator, client-facing and team-facing
• Data-driven with sharp instincts for when to pivot
• Working knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, ClickUp, and Google Sheets
• Genuine interest in TikTok culture and the direction of social commerce
