Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Host scheduled TikTok LIVE shows, generally around four hours at a time.
  • Talk with viewers, respond to comments and answer product questions.
  • Demonstrate our hair styling products and explain how to use them.
  • Follow the show’s offers and format, and work with the team to improve each stream.
  • Help prepare the set before each show.

Requirements

  • You’re personable, friendly and comfortable being yourself on camera.
  • You enjoy talking with people and can keep a conversation going for several hours.
  • You’re coachable, reliable and easy to work with.
  • You bring steady energy and work well with the team.
  • No previous livestreaming, sales or content-creation experience is required.

Preferred

  • An interest in TikTok, livestreams or men’s hair and grooming is a plus.
