Job Summary

Own a lean short-form video engine across live streams and clips, turning creativity into consistent audience growth and engagement while rapid-testing content styles and formats.

Lead on-camera content and live streams across TikTok and other major channels, owning the cadence and testing ideas.
Grow and engage audiences with quick content experiments and cross-platform presence.
Measure what works and double down to lift view duration and interaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Host daily TikTok livestreams (~3–5 hours, depending on how the live performs)
Create and post ~3 videos/day (~90/month) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Experiment with content styles and ride trends — our videos don't use licensed music, so creativity comes from you (sound effects are allowed)
Engage and grow our audience across every platform
Track what's working and double down on it

Requirements

Proven experience making short-form video — portfolio or active accounts to show
Genuinely creative, especially without leaning on trending audio
Comfortable and confident on camera, including live
Fast, self-directed, and reliable (you don't need hand-holding)
Local to NY/NJ and able to commute to our Clifton office daily

Preferred

Experience with TikTok Shop, live selling, or food/snack content
Light editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
