Job Summary

Own and execute social content creation for partner brands, leading shoots, content planning, editing, and community engagement while ensuring on-time delivery and brand consistency across campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Pick up equipment and materials needed for production.
Assist the team during production shoots.
Support models with wardrobe preparation and adjustments.
Help with set setup and breakdown.
Review the Campaign content plan and capture content aligned with campaign messaging, promotions, seasonal themes, and product highlights.
Monitor social media trends and create additional trend based or creative content opportunities when appropriate.
Edit captured content into polished social-ready deliverables using best practices such as clean pacing, captions or subtitles, trending audio, and on-brand text overlays.
Produce a minimum of 15 finished pieces of reels/images each quarter.
Create a minimum of 15 finished pieces of designs using tools such as Canva each quarter.
Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during production.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field
4.0 or higher GPA
Proven experience creating content for social media (personally or professionally)
Based in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan Area
Available to be in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Able to travel to production locations as needed
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Ability to shoot and edit high-quality short-form video on a phone or camera using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-based environments
