Job Description

Responsibilities

Host live selling sessions on TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, and Amazon Live — presenting organic supplement and health & wellness products, answering questions in real time, and driving conversions
Set up broadcast-ready audio and video before every show to ensure a seamless viewer experience
Bring authentic energy and charisma to every broadcast — educating viewers on ingredients, benefits, and brand stories that turn curiosity into trust and trust into sales
Produce short-form UGC video variations using tools like CapCut, Canva, and HeyGen to generate high-volume, shoppable content at scale
Engage the live audience in real time — responding to comments, running promos, and maintaining high retention and watch time throughout every session
Deliver post-show performance reports including key takeaways, audience feedback, and conversion insights for the Exclusiva growth team
Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to develop thumbnails, promotional assets, and pre-stream content that drives viewership and TikTok Shop click-throughs
