Job Description

Responsibilities

→ Send personalized DMs and emails to creators and influencers to pitch partnerships.
→ Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.
→ Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
→ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.
→ Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline.

Requirements

→ Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.
→ Strong written English and communication skills.
→ Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.
→ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
→ Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates.
→ Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred but not required).
