Responsibilities

• Create and post multiple TikTok videos per day featuring Wise Sneakers products.
• Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with leadership and fulfillment teams to align content with promotions and trending opportunities.
• Recruit, support, and manage affiliate creators to expand our reach.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize engagement, conversion, and affiliate growth.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of TikTok content creation and current trends.
• Comfortable on camera, both for short-form content and live audiences.
• Ability to produce high-quality, engaging video content consistently.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and the dynamics of social selling
• Proficiency in Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar professional editing software.
• Self-starter with creativity, energy, and a results-driven mindset.
