Responsibilities

• Develop original TikTok concepts and creative ideas around NAYAD products
• Independently plan and execute short-form video shoots
• Film and edit vertical TikTok content
• Create a mix of lifestyle, UGC, selfie-style, POV, relatable, product-focused, and brand content
• Develop strong hooks, storytelling, and pacing for U.S. TikTok audiences
• Incorporate product features naturally into entertaining and engaging content
• Coordinate on-camera talent/models when needed
• Deliver finished, ready-to-use video content

Requirements

• Strong experience creating TikTok and short-form social content
• Excellent understanding of U.S. TikTok trends, culture, audiences, hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Strong creative concept development skills — not just filming and editing
• Ability to take a product and independently turn it into engaging content
• Experience with lifestyle, consumer products, UGC, or e-commerce brands is preferred
• Ability to create both natural, platform-native content and more polished brand content
• Strong filming and editing skills
• Access to on-camera talent/models is a plus
