Job Summary

Responsibilities
- 100% project execution
- Support development of timelines, workback plans, and production briefs.
- Track tasks, deliverables, and internal reviews across creative and strategic teams.
- Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Creative and/or Technical Leads to keep work moving.
- Proactively flags risks, blockers, and potential delays.
- Documents meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
- Support project leaders in resourcing, vendor coordination, and asset delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or providing production support.
- Experience working with an agency or creative team is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
