Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting integrated marketing projects from planning through launch and post-campaign review, maintaining clear timelines, priorities and cross-functional alignment
  • Owning the integrated marketing calendar, keeping it accurate and accessible to support visibility and coordination across B2C initiatives
  • Managing print and catalog production for major campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and on-time delivery across creative and production teams
  • Developing clear, insight-driven creative briefs that align teams around campaign goals, strategy and expectations
  • Supporting creative workflow and quality assurance by prioritizing work effectively and ensuring final assets meet brand standards and deadlines
  • Partnering with Legal, PR and Loyalty teams to deliver compliant, well-coordinated campaigns and digital assets
  • Collaborating with Analytics to define success metrics, review performance and apply insights to improve future campaigns
  • Partnering on campaign landing page planning and execution, ensuring aligned messaging, strong user experience and on-time launch

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role; experience may include a combination of work experience and education
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel data manipulation and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Figma and Workfront
