Responsibilities

Creative & Concepting: translate briefs into visual concepts and systems across digital, social, print, and experiential campaigns.
Production & Quality: own smaller projects from concept to final production, preparing files and coordinating with vendors.
Collaboration & Feedback: work with copywriters, strategists, and accounts to refine ideas and address client feedback.
Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into compelling visual concepts and systems
Execute high-quality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
Assist Art and Creative Directors in concepting, mood boards, and visual storytelling
Own smaller projects from concept through final production with minimal oversight
Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables and touchpoints
Prepare files for production and work with vendors or developers as needed

Requirements

Must be located in Southern California, Boise, ID, or Nashville, TN
7+ years of professional design experience in an agency role or environment
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Figma a plus)
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and polished execution across multiple channels
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Basic understanding of production processes (print, digital, and/or motion)
Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
Strong communication and collaboration skills
