Responsibilities
- Content Development & Technical Writing
- Create technically accurate, engaging content that informs and educates customers across a variety of channels.
- Develop:
- Blog articles
- Case studies
- Product descriptions
- Website content
- Sales and marketing collateral
- Customer success stories
- White papers and technical resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing, or a related field
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong research, interviewing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Canva for creating marketing graphics, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials
Preferred
- Experience writing technical, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, automation, or B2B content
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with content marketing and social media platforms
- Familiarity with manufacturing, robotics, automation, industrial equipment, or engineered products
- Experience with email marketing platforms and digital content management systems
