Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of the organization’s internal Advisor Marketing Portal and related marketing field tools. Acts as a self-starter in overseeing organization, usability, and continuous improvement of resources that support advisor and field experiences.
  • Increases the effectiveness of marketing technology by streamlining operations, optimizing user workflows, upholding governance and standards, and maintaining best practices for portal and tool management.
  • Serves as the staff point-of-contact for the Advisor Marketing Portal and field tools, providing training, continuous process & architecture documentation, and support across the organization.
  • Prepares, executes, and maintains an ongoing strategy for delivering new marketing materials, tools, and enhancements into the portal and ensuring they are accessible, compliant, and easy for advisors to use with clients. Partners on the implementation and training of AI-driven tools to improve search, discovery, and usability.
  • Partner with marketing team to develop and manage customizable marketing assets that allow advisors to tailor content for clients while ensuring compliance and brand consistency.
  • Ensures that all portal content and tools are accurate, compliant, aligned with brand standards, and designed to improve the advisor and client experience. Regularly performs audits and runs reports to track usage, adoption, and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance both internal and field-facing user experiences.
