Owns end-to-end affiliate marketing programs, from strategy and testing to analytics and stakeholder alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Affiliate campaigns across platforms and internal / external systems. Identify and capitalize on affiliate marketing trends and messaging key trends and insights to internal account teams and external client contacts.
  • Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall affiliate performance efficiency.
  • Prospect and develop relationships with key affiliates to identify innovative strategic solutions to our clients’ marketing challenges
  • Actively test and analyze strategies to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.
  • Use successful acquisition / incentive strategies and effective affiliate P/L management to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics [CPA]
  • Maintain open, communicative relationships with the teams to ensure all work is holistically aligned and all expectations are managed. This includes: Business Solutions Teams, Digital Activation teams, Analytics, the clients team directly, affiliate partnerships and technology providers.
  • Provide consistent and effective support to team leadership on forecasting and new business opportunities

Preferred

  • 3+ years’ experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns. [CPA, CPL]
  • Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliates programs and to expand upon that success and organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics
  • Experience in leveraging site analytics for analysis / insights
  • Advanced MS Excel fluency required
  • A supporter of and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion .
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hardworking .
  • Able to articulate clearly and effectively , possessing strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills .
  • Professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities .
