Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end development and execution of content programs that address client goals, including developing RFPs, generating ideas, recommending partners, and building budgets and timelines
  • Use consumer insights and industry trends to shape strategic program recommendations
  • Maintain an active understanding of the content and influencer landscape, emerging formats, content behaviors, and platform shifts to ensure activations remain cutting edge and relevant
  • Collaborate with creators, publishers, influencers, and production partners to identify and execute content opportunities
  • Manage day‑to‑day program execution across influencer, social, digital and integrated content initiatives
  • Coordinate creative and production processes to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables
  • Guide programs through legal processes and ensure all deliverables meet agency and client compliance requirements
  • Create and maintain status reports, budgets, timelines, recaps, and case studies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in influencer marketing, branded content, integrated marketing or content strategy in an agency setting
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, brand marketing, production and programming processes across all platforms
  • Awareness of consumer trends and insights
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think conceptually and to translate those concepts into actionable plans
  • Proficient in MS office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
