Job Summary

Own the content engine for a pet-health brand, shaping what to create, how to post, and how to measure impact across TikTok and Instagram.

  • Content Creation: craft engaging short-form content and test trending formats to drive audience growth.
  • Content Operations: maintain posting cadence, organize tests, and scale content systems.
  • Strategy & Performance: track resonance and partner with founders on brand strategy and audience growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Short-form, community, and platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, and wherever pet parents hang out — hooks, storytelling, trends, whatever gets engagement. Content around pet health, nutrition, and the stuff pet parents actually care about — especially for senior and aging pets. Spot trending formats, sounds, and internet culture moments early and test them fast.
  • Keep posting cadence consistent. Help organize our testing pipeline. Help shape content systems as we scale.
  • Track content performance and iterate on what resonates. Collaborate with the founders on content strategy, brand positioning, and audience growth.
Preferred
  • You’ve grown a social account and have the numbers to prove it
  • You’ve used AI content tools (voiceover, image generation, etc.)
  • You’re a pet parent
