Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creation and routing of marketing briefs and asset workflows, turning briefs into ready-to-use creative assets while coordinating reviews, QA, and event logistics in a fast-paced team.

  • Creative briefs and asset management: draft briefs, research competitors and messaging props, update assets per feedback
  • Workflow and operations: track asset status, organize folders, log B&A responses, input briefs into Notion, and monitor inbound studio requests
  • Execution support: assist with event/partnership logistics, calendar coordination, checklists, and outreach prep

Job Description

  • Draft initial creative briefs and manage templates
  • Support ad creative brief development by researching competitor ads, messaging angles, and value propositions
  • Submit creative for review and update assets based on feedback
  • Track status of campaign assets and follow up on deliverables
  • Organize and maintain asset folders and files
  • Review and QA creative before final approval
  • Check, confirm, and save before and after (B&A) responses
  • Monitor and support inbound studio requests
  • Respond to simple or repeat requests using templates
  • Escalate more complex requests with clear context and track follow-through
  • Support calendar management and input completed briefs into Notion
  • Sourcing of before and afters
  • Assist with event and partnership logistics including coordinating dates, times, and deliverables
  • Maintain event checklists and timelines
  • Conduct competitive and audience research to identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze competitor marketing and ad strategies
  • Research potential partners, influencers, and local opportunities
  • Support outreach preparation by drafting and organizing materials
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with dates, pricing, and copy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and professional written communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, social media, branding, and events
  • Ability to follow established processes and templates with high accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Basic understanding of Instagram and TikTok
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Figma for reviewing or making light edits to creative assets
  • Experience using Notion or similar project management tools
  • Prior internship or coursework related to marketing, content, or digital media
