LYVE Studios is a B2B live commerce agency based in Los Angeles, specializing in end-to-end TikTok Shop live shopping production, strategy, and infrastructure. We partner with consumer brands to build and run their live shopping presence — from hosts and moderators to studio production and performance strategy. Our clients include fast-growing DTC brands across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Studio Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our live shopping studio. You'll be the person who keeps the floor running — making sure every live broadcast goes out on time, fully staffed, and production-ready, across multiple brand clients simultaneously. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and wants to be central to scaling a live commerce operation from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own studio operations: lighting, cameras, TikTok Shop platform setup, and equipment readiness for every scheduled live
• Manage the live show schedule across all active brand clients, ensuring full host and moderator coverage
• Run pre-stream checklists and troubleshoot issues in real time during broadcasts
• Monitor live show quality — brand guideline adherence, host performance, and engagement — and coach talent as needed
• Manage product sample inventory and studio supplies for each brand
• Act as the link between account management and the production floor, flagging capacity or staffing needs
• Maintain and improve onboarding/training documentation for hosts and moderators

What We're Looking For

• Experience in live production, event operations, retail/e-commerce operations, or a similar fast-moving operational role
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, livestream shopping, or social commerce is a strong plus
• Highly organized — comfortable managing multiple schedules, people, and moving pieces at once
• Calm under pressure; able to problem-solve in real time during live broadcasts
• Strong communicator who can manage talent, relay client expectations, and flag issues early
• Available to work on-site in Santa Monica, with flexibility for live show hours (may include evenings/weekends depending on client schedules)
