Job Summary

Own the client journey from intake to progression, leading fitness programming, coaching safety, and relationship-building while driving studio operations, membership growth, and community marketing.

  • Conduct assessments and tailor training plans to client goals, tracking milestones.
  • Lead operations and team management to ensure safety, service quality, and growth.
  • Grow membership and community engagement through marketing, events, and client referrals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
  • Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones
  • Operational leadership

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred

  • Proven experience in fitness studio management or a similar role is preferred
  • Sales and marketing experience is a plus
