Job Summary

Support studio operations and growth by coordinating content capture, client onboarding, and lead conversion across in-studio events, classes, and social content, ensuring a welcoming, organized environment.

Content creation & social: capture training content, assist with Reels/short-form video, and manage Instagram/Rednote posts.
Class presence & client flow: attend classes weekly, welcome trial clients, answer basic questions, and assist membership sign-ups.
Community & atmosphere: maintain a positive studio vibe, follow up with leads, and support ongoing member engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Daily Instagram Story updates
Capture training content during classes
Assist with Reels and short-form video content
Help manage Rednote and Instagram content
Attend and film at least 3 classes per week (Adult Muay Thai / BJJ / Kids Classes)
Welcome and assist trial class clients
Help answer basic client questions
Follow up with leads and support membership sign-ups
Maintain a positive and professional studio atmosphere
