Strategy Director

Duluth, GA or Birmingham, AL location

As a Strategy Director, you’ll report to the SVP, Strategy and lead assigned clients and internal teams to strategies that deliver results for brands.Our strategy team is made up of creative, digitally minded marketers who understand people as much as they understand business and brands.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Tell great stories based on data from qualitative and quantitative consumer or business

insights by utilizing all available data (first, second, and third party) to develop cultural,

social, transactional, and attitudinal trends. Use of AI is part of the process today and is

encouraged where appropriate.

• Provide ongoing inspiration for marketing solutions and business problem-solving ideas.

• Create and deliver simple and persuasive presentations.

• You’ll work with the Strategy team in leading:

• Business changing ideas that incorporate creative, technology media and analytics.
• Strategic and creative brief development.
• Concept development for communications and upstream opportunities like planning strategic and innovation workshop sessions.

• You’ll partner with:

• Creative teams to elevate their work.
• Business intelligence and connection planning to build personalized consumer

journeys.

• Media to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
• And most importantly our client-partners.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, 6-10 years progressive

strategy leadership at an agency in strategic brand planning. Health space experience is strongly preferred. Client-side experience will be considered but agency experience is a requirement.

• You have a charismatic personality, strong communication skills, and great presentation skills. You command the room with your presence and can influence across all levels.
• You love all things brand building, marketing, and brand management.
• You love high-concept initiatives which go beyond tasks and brands assigned.
• Your proficiency in all planner skills & knowledge has been demonstrated in varied

assignments and teams.

• You have some experience in tourism, CPG, utilities, or healthcare/pharma.

Preference for healthcare in this position.

ON very rare occasions, we will consider specific positions for remote work on a case-by-case basis. Our expectation is the same no matter where the work is done - employees must be flexible to meet the needs of Luckie and clients, which may include more attendance in an office or travel to clients.
