Requirements

• You've got expertise in defining and implementing social-first strategies, leveraging tools and technologies to enhance strategic output, efficiency, and measurable results
• You're a seasoned storyteller, who can build influence and authority swiftly
• You have strong relationship-building skills, particularly with senior clients (e.g., CMOs, Marketing Directors) and cross-agency partners, with the ability to position the agency as a strategic leader
• You're skilled in driving revenue growth and collaborating with client services to expand opportunities, while ensuring accurate resource scoping and commercial success
• You've got leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing, engaged teams by implementing growth plans and ensuring effective resource allocation
• You have strong planning, organizational, and collaborative abilities to support department vision, uphold agency standards, and deliver goals
