Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing the social strategy for assigned key clients across the business that will drive brand awareness and increase engagement.
• Translating overarching business objectives into effective, social media marketing strategies, campaigns and plans that will drive social impact.
• Working closely with departments across the agency to develop and create the best work and ensure we are supporting the needs and goals of the client.
• Proactively bringing recommendations and ideas to agency partners, client leads and relevant departments.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and ensure strategic recommendations are data driven

Requirements

• Ideally, you’ll have experience in a social agency or dedicated social team.
• Experience developing social strategies, research and planning, turning insights into clear, compelling recommendations.
• Able to create smart, well-designed strategy decks and present confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics, tools and best practice, with a genuine passion for social.
• Proven experience developing and supporting successful social campaigns.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients, priorities and internal resource.
• Strong knowledge of culture and the social landscape.
• Proactive, collaborative and willing to go the extra mile to deliver great work.
