Strategist Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage strategic plan for site, product, or service promotion.
• Manages or operationalize product, service or program campaign.
• Conduct and evaluate insight research to ensure effectiveness of campaign and end-to-end consumer experience.
• Support a governance model for creation, distribution, management, and approval of content in printed or electronic formats and/or mediums.
• Develop, operationalize, execute, support and evaluate from conception through maturation strategic marketing, product, brand, communication, digital footprint, or outreach plan for enterprise promotion.
• Develop and manage site, program, project, or campaign ensuring enterprise and departmental strategic goals and objectives are met.
• Conduct online, field, or direct observation research to recommend and determine effectiveness as well as the consumer satisfaction of promotion and/or marketing strategy.
• This role is remote but will need to live within Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization.

• This role is remote but will need to live within Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Wisconsin.
• - Technical experience may include: use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor),
• - basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization.
• Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred

• Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science.
