The Role - Not Marketing. Not SDR. Something Better.

This role sits between outbound sales and account-based marketing.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with a defined set of high-value home improvement companies.

You’ll work from a target list of roughly 300 accounts across the U.S., using highly personalized outreach to open conversations and ultimately convert those relationships into new client partnerships.

This isn’t high-volume cold outreach.

It’s thoughtful, creative, account-based selling.

Your Scoreboard

Your success will be measured by:

• Meetings booked with qualified target accounts
• Opportunities created and moved through the pipeline
• New client partnerships closed

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Researching and prioritizing accounts within our target market
• Running highly personalized outreach across channels (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, creative campaigns, etc.)
• Getting in front of founders, owners, and senior decision makers
• Running discovery calls and progressing deals through the sales process
• Managing opportunities in the CRM and tracking performance metrics
• Continuously testing new creative approaches to break into accounts

Signals This Will Be a Good Fit

• 2-6+ years in outbound sales, strategic partnerships, account executive, or ABM-style roles
• Experience working with named accounts or defined target lists
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable running both prospecting and early sales conversations
• Organized and disciplined with CRM management
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously

Required: Experience selling into the home improvement industry

• Base salary: $120k/year
• OTE: $200k/year
