Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic, on-brand messaging to consumers face-to-face at live promotional events and retail activations throughout Indianapolis
• Apply audience analysis and communication strategy to real consumer interactions every single shift
• Represent our clients' brands with a consistent, purposeful, and persuasive communications approach
• Track campaign messaging performance, consumer responses, and daily results — reporting insights to leadership
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine communication strategy and improve campaign effectiveness
• Grow into a senior communications or leadership role based on your results and performance

Requirements

• Degree or current enrollment in Strategic Communications, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, or a related field — preferred not required
• Strong understanding of audience analysis, message framing, and persuasive communication
• Exceptional verbal communication skills — you adapt your message confidently to any audience
• Self-motivated, analytical, and collaborative team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced in-person field environment at live events throughout Indianapolis
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations across Indianapolis
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
