Own day to day client coordination and cross functional signaling across small accounts, with ongoing learning from senior strategists to drive strategy that links SEO, content, UX and paid media to client goals.

Own client-facing activity: establish agendas, notes, actions, and next steps for each engagement.
Coordinate multi discipline teams and external partners to move programs from discovery to execution.
Turn client data and reports into opportunities and concrete follow ups for optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
Support the Senior Strategists on larger, more complex accounts.
Manage and lead select smaller accounts with strategic oversight.
Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and turn conversations into clear action items. Understand what is being said and flag anything for the Senior Strategists.
Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, follow-ups, and client communications.
Own project organization, task management, timelines, and follow-ups inside ClickUp and make sure this is communicated to the Client and to our internal team.
Coordinate work across internal team members, designers, developers, writers, SEO specialists, paid ads specialists, and external partners.
Review client reports and help identify trends, concerns, opportunities, and next steps.
Support strategy across websites, SEO, GEO, content, paid ads, UX, and reporting.
Help develop article ideas, content topics, website recommendations, SEO opportunities, and campaign ideas, based on data and customer need.

Review website pages with a strategic eye for user flow, calls to action, content structure, conversion opportunities, and clarity.
Understand how WordPress works from a technical, marketing, SEO, and content management perspective. This is important for identifying when changes are made (or presented to be made to a site or page), that you understand what else it may affect.
Help identify SEO and technical SEO concerns such as broken links, redirect issues, permalink changes, poor page structure, missing metadata, or indexation concerns.
Understand paid ads campaign structure and be able to communicate effectively with paid media specialists.
Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve organization, reporting, research, documentation, meeting summaries, and workflow efficiency.
Help ensure client work is organized, accurate, on strategy, and moving forward.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in a marketing agency, account management, project management, or digital marketing role.
Strong account management and client communication skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Experience using ClickUp or a similar project management platform.
Working knowledge of WordPress and how websites function.
Working knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and website UX.
Familiarity with GEO, AI search, or the changing search landscape.
Understanding of paid ads platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Ability to review marketing data and identify insights, trends, and concerns.
Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work to improve productivity, organize information, draft communications, support research, summarize meetings, and streamline reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior strategists, internal teams, and external partners.

Nice to have

Prior agency experience.
Experience managing multiple client accounts at once.
Experience supporting website redesigns or website strategy projects.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, CallRail, or similar tools.
Experience with WordPress page builders, forms, plugins, redirects, and basic content updates.
Experience preparing client reports and performance summaries.
Experience using AI tools for workflow automation, reporting, research, documentation, or task management.
