Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, messaging, and enablement while capturing early feedback to inform refinements.

GTM Launch Ownership: plan, coordinate, and drive cross-functional execution across product, marketing, sales, Legal, and CS.
Enablement & Messaging: refine positioning, create sales decks and playbooks, and prepare onboarding content for frontline teams.
Feedback Loop: capture early customer and partner insights to inform product refinements and go-to-market messaging.

Responsibilities

Product focus: Listing Promotions & Agent/Team Branding
Support the GTM process for assigned product launches—from planning through execution.
Assist in coordinating efforts across Engineering, Product, B2B Marketing, Sales, Legal, Support, and Customer Success to ensure launch readiness.
Refine customer positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
Support the development and organization of content and collateral (e.g., sales decks, product briefs, training materials) in partnership with Creative and Marketing teams.
Maintain detailed launch plans, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with Program Management.
Assist in planning and executing pre-launch initiatives, including alpha/beta testing.
Help capture and summarize early feedback to inform product refinements and messaging ahead of broader rollout.
Provide hands-on support to Sales and Customer Success during initial onboarding and adoption phases.
Ensure internal teams are trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to support new offerings.

Requirements

8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 6+ years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in product marketing, sales enablement, product management, program management, or relevant GTM roles—ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
Experience supporting or managing cross-functional product launches of varying complexity.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous tasks.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder support skills.
Basic understanding of product, UX design, and user experience.
Proficiency in presentation design (Google Slides)
