Job Summary

Own and orchestrate Verisk’s global event portfolio end to end, shaping strategy, on-site execution and post-event impact across tradeshows, sponsor activations, and executive experiences.

  • Global Event Ownership: plan, execute, and optimize multiple programs from strategy through measurement with cross-functional partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate business goals with marketing, executives, and agencies to deliver polished experiences.
  • Operational Excellence under pressure: manage timelines, budgets, registrations, logistics, and on-site escalations with calm problem solving.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of corporate events across Verisk’s global event landscape
  • serve as the hands-on event lead for assigned programs, guiding each experience from initial strategy and planning through onsite execution, post-event reporting, and continuous improvement
  • manage multiple concurrent programs across tradeshows, sponsorship activations, hosted client experiences, executive roundtables, leadership meetings, employee engagement events, and large-scale conferences—often at different stages of the event lifecycle
  • collaborate closely with integrated marketing teams, business stakeholders, executive leaders, creative and communications partners, venues, vendors, and agency teams to translate business objectives into polished, well-run experiences
  • bbring strong project management discipline, sound judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented when plans shift in real time
  • take pride in creating seamless attendee experiences—from timelines, budgets, contracts, logistics, and registration to onsite execution, stakeholder updates, and post-event measurement

Requirements

  • in-office presence of 2–3 days per week
  • ability to travel up to 30%
