Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital storytelling engine: set the roadmap, manage vendors, optimize the website and social channels, and drive email, SEO, and content that moves buyers through the funnel.

  • Digital Strategy & Channel Ownership: translate business initiatives into coordinated campaigns across web, email, and social.
  • Vendor Management & Content Delivery: supervise 3rd party partners and ensure timely, aligned digital collateral.
  • Measurement & Optimization: monitor KPIs with SEO and analytics tools and adjust in-flight to improve visibility and lead generation.

Job Description

Own the end-to-end digital storytelling engine: set the roadmap, manage vendors, optimize the website and social channels, and drive email, SEO, and content that moves buyers through the funnel.

  • Digital Strategy Ownership: Development of digital roadmap including all experiences across web, email, and social channels.
  • Primary Vendor Contact: Manage 3rd party digital marketing vendors, and their respective scope of work to create and/or manage our digital collateral (website, product configurators, etc.).
  • Digital Channel Management: Oversee and optimize BAND-IT’s website, and social channels to support product launches, sales promotions, and lead generation. Translating business initiatives into actionable campaign plans and supporting digital content. Ensuring content is timely and aligned to buyer journeys.
  • Email Marketing: Draft, design, and deploy content to support marketing email campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Analytics : Apply SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimization) to improve visibility; use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor content performance and KPIs.
  • Brand & Thought Leadership: Partner with product management, sales, and leadership teams to strengthen brand credibility by positioning the company as a trusted technical expert.
  • Project Management: Manage the content calendar, coordinating timelines, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, or corporate communications.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Strong hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and email marketing tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse content styles.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics) and HTML formatting.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, and/or technical industries, preferred.
  • Basic video production and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere), preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted research and content optimization tools, preferred.
