Job Summary

Own and optimize the end-to-end SEO program to boost qualified traffic and revenue, from quick wins to long-term architecture and content strategy, while aligning cross-functional teams and staying ahead of algorithm changes.

Growth Engine: Audit and prioritize site improvements, deliver quick wins, and map long-term plays to revenue.
Technical & Content: Fix crawl/indexing issues, guide keyword strategy, brief writers, and close gaps competitors win.
Measurement & Collaboration: Own traffic, rankings, conversions reporting, and partner with developers/design/content for fast implementations.

Job Description

Audit the existing site within the first 30 days and deliver a prioritized action plan with quick wins and long-term plays
Identify and fix technical SEO issues that are actively suppressing rankings — crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, indexation problems, site architecture
Build and execute a keyword strategy targeting high-intent, high-volume terms that drive qualified traffic, not just vanity numbers
Lead content strategy — brief writers, optimize existing pages, and identify gaps that competitors are winning
Build high-quality backlinks through digital PR, outreach, and partnership strategies
Own the reporting — traffic, rankings, conversions — and tie SEO outcomes directly to revenue
Work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content teams to push implementations fast
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategy before rankings dip

5+ years of SEO experience with a strong portfolio of measurable traffic and revenue growth
Proven ability to deliver early results — not someone who needs 6 months before showing impact
Deep expertise in technical SEO (log file analysis, JavaScript SEO, crawl budget optimization)
Advanced command of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4
Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO team members
Strong understanding of search intent, user behavior, and conversion optimization
Ability to communicate strategy and results clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
