The Gig:

As GNW’s Project Manager, you won’t just keep things on track. You’ll define how we run projects. You’ll take ownership of major initiatives like rolling out new PM and billing software, streamline how we manage work, and build a solid project management framework that supports growth. This role is hands-on. You need to be comfortable building while doing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building scalable processes for tracking client deliverables, deadlines, and budgets
• Partnering with consultants to keep projects running smoothly and clients satisfied
• Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and fixing them early
• Creating tools, templates, and best practices that make execution easier
• Helping leadership prioritize and manage competing priorities
• Laying the foundation to build and lead a project management team over time

Who You Are:

• Experienced: 3+ years in project management, ideally in fast-paced environments. Experience in consulting or agencies is a strong plus
• Tech-Savvy: Proven experience with Wrike is required. You can build it, structure it, and scale it. Bonus if you’ve implemented Wrike in a consulting or agency environment
