Job Summary

Drive integrated clinical and upstream product marketing for Orchestra BioMed, translating portfolio strategy into messaging, training, and materials while coordinating cross-functional programs to accelerate clinical adoption and market insights.

  • Own the development of clinical and product marketing messages, tools, and training that support portfolio momentum.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery of clinical marketing programs, updates, and study materials, including protocol messaging revisions.
  • Provide market and competitive insights to guide product development and strategic planning across R&D, clinical affairs, and marketing partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Clinical and Product Marketing
  • Develop product marketing tools, messages, and programs for Orchestra BioMed’s product portfolio.
  • Develop product marketing messaging and educational and training materials in support of critical clinical and product development initiatives.
  • Support execution of clinical marketing programs and related materials, communications, and training activities.
  • Support protocol update and amendment implementation through revisions to messaging, materials, and training content, as needed.
  • Coordinate and support internal communication and training related to study materials, protocol updates, and approved messaging.
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive environment and regularly communicate relevant updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Lead or support clinical marketing efforts in partnership with the Clinical Affairs team.
  • Contribute to and review product-related information for company presentations and other communications materials, as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of medical device marketing experience required; prior experience in electrophysiology, cardiac rhythm management, interventional cardiology, and/or structural cardiology required.
  • Proven ability to execute with speed and quality.
  • Thrives in a highly entrepreneurial environment and embraces Orchestra BioMed’s culture of technology, passion and urgency.
  • Attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with a variety of functional areas and prioritize diverse projects for multiple products.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage against defined deadlines.
  • Comfortable adapting and leading in ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Ability to develop high-trust relationships with internal and external partners.
  • The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker while being a hands on “Doer”
  • Boston, Minnesota or New York location preferred
  • Travel up to 30%
  • A current US work authorization is required in order to be employed by Orchestra BioMed.
